Tour Bookings & Hotel Official Reservations
HOTEL CHOICES & TEAM GROUPS PLACEMENT
Placement of teams to our hotel choices is subject to availability at the time of official registration and reservation & submission of relevant prepayments.
FOR OFFICIAL TOUR REGISTRATION & OFFICIAL HOTEL RESERVATION, A PREPAYMENT AMOUNT OF 30% OF TOTAL INVOICE IS REQUIRED.
Full settlement is required prior to check in and prior to the start of the tour / camp.
The Teams and visiting groups are reserved to be accommodated in any of our hotel associate choices originally proposed, but the hotel company and we, the tour or camp organizers, reserve the right to change the name of the hotel in situations of overbooked hotels and also in the case of uncertainty and delay in finalization of participating numbers and also in case of changes in numbers when finalized, that would require changing the hotel to fit the groups accordingly and in the best possible way.
The tour/camp organizers are in no way responsible for other individuals such as staff, parents and players, individual reserved with hotels outside our participation and accommodation package.

ALL PAYMENTS REGARDING YOUR TOUR/CAMP REGISTRATION BOOKINGS AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER IN FAVOR OF:
