BASIC PROVISIONS
- 3- & 4-star hotel or hotel apts accommodation choices.
- Placement of 3-4 players per room depends on total number of players).
- Full-board hotel accommodation or otherwise upon request.
- Use of accommodation facilities including swimming pools, gyms, conference rooms.
- Transports from and to the airport in Cyprus.
- Sports activities participation.
- Transport from and to the sports camp activities.
- Transport from & to other customized cultural or leisure and sightseeing activities.
- Laundry services.

- 24 Hours Assistance & Guidance for foreign teams.

PACKAGE PRICES
Our Special offer participation and accommodation packages are of a very low cost always comparing to the standard of food and accommodation and QUALITY level of services & provisions.
Package price (PPPD) for accommodation in hotel/hotel apts varies depending on:
- Type of the hotel.
- Number of team players and team members.
- Number of different age groups.
- Number of other accompanying members (i.e., parents, family members, friends etc.).
- Rooms division.
- Duration of the trip.
- Period of stay i.e. high or low seazon.
- Placement of 3-4 players per room (depends on total number of players).
- For adults outside team staff, double rooms (2 people in the room) and single rooms are charged extra.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
HOTEL CHOICES & TEAM GROUPS PLACEMENT
Placement of teams to our hotel choices is subject to availability at the time of official registration and reservation & submission of relevant prepayments.
FOR OFFICIAL TOUR REGISTRATION & OFFICIAL HOTEL RESERVATION, A PREPAYMENT AMOUNT OF 25% OF TOTAL INVOICE IS REQUIRED.
Full settlement is required prior to check in and prior to the start of the tour/camp.
The Teams and visiting groups are reserved to be accommodated in any of our hotel associate choices originally proposed, but the hotel company and we, the tour or camp organizers, reserve the right to change the name of the hotel in situations of overbooked hotels and also in the case of uncertainty and delay in finalization of participating numbers and also in case of changes in numbers when finalized, that would require changing the hotel to fit the groups accordingly and in the best possible way.
The tour/camp organizers are in no way responsible for other individuals such as staff, parents and players, individual reserved with hotels outside our participation and accommodation package.
Foreign teams are urged to register and proceed with hotel reservations well in advance and prior to the deadlines due to constantly high demand for our hotel choices in order to avoid last minute difficulties in accommodation and travel arrangements.
Foreign teams and Individual Athletes cannot participate in our sports tours and training camp activities outside our participation and accommodation packages unless they come through any of our official and authorized under contract agreement agent representatives.
In case you come from a country where we already have an agent representative you will be diverted to contact their office.
This is part of our measures to protect our team clients and our events organization in general and as organizers we retain the right to refuse or reject any participation that does not meet the above requirements or any other terms and conditions as explained below.
Payment methods & Details
* For official accommodation reservations and sports tours registrations, a down payment of 30% of the total package cost is required.
The rest of the total invoice amount should be fully transferred and shown on our account prior arrival or paid in cash prior check in on group arrival date at the hotel.
